Between his embrace of Donald Trump and dismissive comments about slavery, he has fans questioning his sincerity, his intelligence, and yes -- even his sanity.

While Kim Kardashian West has come out strongly against even the suggestion of her husband's controversial opinions being confused with mental health issues, a source People calls "knowledgeable" says this is very much a possibility.

Why? Because their source says he actually is off his medication:

"He's refused to take his meds, and that's where he's been, for the last couple of weeks leading into last week, so almost a month now that it's been. It's sad."

It's bold is what it is. The source doesn't refer to specific medications, and Kanye has only publicly spoken about opioids -- not mental health medication.
